Fargo 89200 Cleaning Kit

The Fargo 089200 printer cleaning kit provides all the necessary tools to maintain the inside of your Fargo HDP5000 printer for optimal performance. Regular cleaning is essential to prevent dust and debris from compromising print quality or causing damage to critical components such as the printhead. By following a cleaning routine, you can ensure top-notch image quality and extend the lifespan of your HDP5000 printer.

This cleaning kit includes printhead cleaning swabs, general cleaning pads, adhesive cleaning cards, and alcohol cleaning cards to effectively clean various parts of the printer. The printhead cleaning swabs are pre-moistened with 99.99% isopropyl alcohol and should be used after every 1000 prints. The adhesive back cleaning cards are designed for the platen and feed rollers and should be used after every 1000 prints. Lastly, the long cleaning cards, also pre-moistened with 99.99% isopropyl alcohol, are for the magnetic head, platen, and feed rollers and should be used after every 3000 prints.
